Fat Thursday ? We had a "Mardi Gras" (fat tuesday) in France. It's no longer celebrated (as far as i know.)

We have a Fettisdag (Fat Tuesday) in Sweden as well. It is the same as Mardi Gras in France...

Definitely need something about that one king from back in the 13th century or so, what was her name? Yeah, that's right, HER name - I seem to recall hearing once that Poland had this law requiring a king to rule, but there were no male heirs to the throne, so they simply named a girl from the royal family king, since they couldn't call her queen!
